Delivery Modalities
The customer has the option to choose their delivery method, either at home or store pickup. (Trellis Home Decor Santo Domingo, Trellis Home Decor Punta Cana and our main offices in Santiago).
After 6:00 pm orders will be considered in the system the next day.
Picked up at the store:
· The hours to pick up orders at Trellis Home Decor Santo Domingo are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, except on holidays when this store is closed.
· The hours to pick up orders at Trellis Home Decor Punta Cana, are from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
· The hours to pick up orders at our main offices in Santiago are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., except on holidays when the office is closed for holidays.
Home delivery:
· For Home Delivery orders, the hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Deliveries will not be made on holidays, neither Saturdays nor Sundays.
· Orders at home in Santo Domingo will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days; Orders in Santiago and Punta Cana will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days after placing your order.
· If we have any problem with your order, you will be notified via email.
· To deliver your order, you must present your identity card to ensure correct delivery. If you want a third party to receive your order, you must notify us in advance of your name, surname and corresponding ID number.
- To avoid damage to products in houses or apartments where the item cannot be brought up by elevator or forklift, we promise to deliver your order to a FIRST LEVEL. In case you want the merchandise on another level, the carrier could only go up to a 4th level under your responsibility as a customer, as long as the dimensions of the stairs allow the material to go up in its original box.
- Our rates for shipping and related processing include order processing, handling, and packaging. The shipping fee is RD$300.00 for orders under RD$15,000.00; from this amount shipping will be free.
•As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide adequate data to ensure correct delivery. Once the payment of the order has been processed, the delivery address cannot be modified.
- Within high seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother’s Day) delivery times will be from 7 to 15 business days.
