Returns & Exchanges

Our intention is to give you the best experience through your purchases on our website. To make any changes or returns, the items must meet the following conditions:

Return of the Order

· When making an exchange or return, the customer must present the invoice sent by email at our Trellis Home Decor Santo Domingo or Trellis Home Decor Punta Cana store.

· All returns must be made within 20 days.

· It is required that all returned products contain their original packaging, without scratches or blows, their labels, accessories and manuals, without any deterioration or damage.

· Dirty, mistreated products or exchanges of items that are outside their original packaging, with signs of use, without the purchase order will not be accepted.

· Items on discount or liquidation do not apply for returns.

· Our company is not responsible for damage or defect caused by customer’s misuse.

· The credit notes issued have a term of 45 days for their use, we are not responsible outside the established date.

· Once the “Merchandise Receipt” is signed, we are not responsible for any physical damage received by the merchandise.

· The customer has the right not to sign the receipt of merchandise if he receives the merchandise and does not consider that it is in optimal conditions.

· Products purchased on sale will be received at the discounted price, not the original price.

· The delivery date will be within 15 business days, after placing the order.

Change and/or Cancellation of the Order

After the payment has been processed, we will not accept modifications or cancellations to the order.
